Uber eats and Macdonalds kempton

I got a very bad service between Uber eats and Macdonalds kempton park i ordered a meal and they only brought me just a burger 🍔 and got charged R143.53 for a R90 burger and I sent it back with the driver and I asked for refund I was told to contact Uber eats support chat which is also useless which says they will respond in 6to 12 hours till today there's no response since yesterday till now nothing Uber eats it's useless.²
