Uber eats and its drivers *****ing orders

Uber eats is *****ing orders. I bought groceries and their driver showed that is on the way. all over sudden i see that the order is delivered and he even took a picture. when i contact support they say there is no refund because the driver attempted to call and they never did call. how is it possible for them to deliver a parcel without my security code. its crime that I am going to report. please be aware of this uber eats **** where they ***** from us.
