UBER EATS AND ITS DRIVERS ARE ****MERS AND *****STERS!!!!!!!!

It seems Uber eats has dishonest driver, when I first ordered the app said a lady driver was delivering my food, the drivers name was Fikile, however the delivery person was a guy, when I asked the guy said he is the husband, the 2nd time around it was Fikile again but thus time it was a foreign looking and sounding guy, I ASKED AGAIN, AND WAS TOLD SHE WAS BUSY AND ASKED THE GUY TO DROP OF THE FOOD FOR HER. ALWAYS WHEN I ORDER I MAKE NOT TO MAKE THE DRIVER WAIT!!! HOWEVER.... I placed my order from Chicken Licken Crisshani, Vosloorus on the 29th Nov around 8:30pm or after that, paid for the order online... The estimated delivery time was 9:30pm,so I shared the pin with my son and he made his way outside to wait for the delivery guy whose name is Tinkiyo, I told my son to chill outside so that as soon as the guy arrives he don't wait and just deliver and go... Waiting for hours with anyone arriving with my food. So around half 9 I go into the app to check and I see the posted a blurry Pic and also updated that he has delivered my order, however no food was delivered to me, asked my son who was outside and he also confirmed no one came, checked my phone and no calls were made to me be it call or text NOTHING!!!! Logged a complaint on the Uber eats app and got an email that I will not be getting any refund due to (at 1st it was the delivery guy waited 8mins, and I Ddnt come, then I responded and got another email stating that the delivery guy waited 11mins) and still saying I won't be getting a refund.... On the 30nov I call Chicken Licken Chris Hani and spoke to the manager by the name of Nhlonipha and she really tried to Assist by calling the Uber eats call center and came back to me and advised that she was told that I need to log in as that's where my answer is, however there was nothing on the app to that effect. SO IT BECOMING EVIDENTLY CLEAR THAT UBER EATS AND THEIR DRIVERS ARE DISHONEST AND ONLY CARE FOR MONEY!!!! UBER EATS AND THEIR DRIVERS ARE ****MERS AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!! THAT DRIVER MUST COME TELL ME WHY DDNT HE TAKE THE FOOD BACK TO THE STORE??? I WANT HIS NUMBERS, HE NEEDS TO EXPLAIN HIMSELF NXAAA!!!!!!
