Uber eats and Fat*** burgers bad service

I orderd food from Fat*** burgers on Uber eats app. I had to pay extra funds. Driver requested me to do e wallet because he said they dont have speedpoint .I made payment as advised. Later onI was charged on my card for the same amount that I paid to the driver, I escalated the matter on Uber Eats app but still no help. I went to she reataurant address in Petervale and I was advised no entry is allowed for customers but only for people who are comngto collect orders. Please assist
