Uber eats and Durban North KFC are *****s.

Today the 4th of January 2025 I was at the Durban North Swimming Pool with my family. I then ordered a meal from KFC in Durban North through Uber eats. The driver(Frank, please check if he has papers to operate in the first place) didn't follow instructions on where to meet. I stood there for 20 minutes with no sign of the driver till I went back to were I was seated. Only to check my App and it advises that order had been delivered. My question to whom and when? I saw a picture that was sent with other orders visible yet was told that was my order delivered but I had only ordered one thing. Now I'm being told I'm not eligible for a refund nor my food by uber support team. I'm with the kids and their hungry, what happens now? I don't care about the food anymore I just want my money. I made it a card transaction because I was avoiding it being a hassle for the vendor and myself. I am without food nor my money.
