Uber Eats and bad service

I placed an order today at 7 pm which was supposed to be deliver by 7:50. Tried contacting the driver however he did not bother responding to my texts. From 7pm till now I was waiting for the order which shows that it is 5 minutes away. However the driver is not moving. I placed the order because I was hungry but the help desk did not care much. They only suggested cancellation of the order. After waiting for the whole 2 hours without any communication
