Uber Eats_An inconvenience

I keep on having the worst experience with Uber EATS! Firstly when I was in Durban I ordered from Nandos, which you could see was prepped on time, but delivery was never done. Uber Eats offered a R40.00 discount on my next order, like that would help after waiting for close to 2or hours. Fast forward to the second incident 06.12. 2019, I ordered from KFC in kabega, where i live but i wasnt in a driving mood. Ordered at 19h10 They said ETA would be 19h45 waited until 20h45, tried calling and texting the driver with no success. Got up and got to kfc and found out food was picked up by the driver, but it didnt make way to my house which is 5min away from KFC. They are truly an inconvenience, especially when you have kids waiting for their food to come.
