Uber eats *****

Hi there

I entered my card details on Uber on Monday 23 October 2023 and on 24 October 2023 my bank account was charged close to R2700 worth of Uber eats. This was not me. I logged a ***** case with my bank and I reported to Uber and the told me another account has my card details. They told me they can't share whose account has my details and I should reach out to my family or friends to confirm. Now the card is a new card I got it on 20 Oct. I never shared my card details with any one. I explained this to Uber and have been following up daily. There has been no response from Uber. This is unacceptable this R2700 is my grocery money please please help
