Uber Eats: I want my money back

On Sunday morning , I ordered food through the Uber Eats app. The order was almost R300. Your rude driver by the name of ROMEO, did not arrive.

I immediately lodged a complaint with Uber Eats and explained that I was home the entire time. The driver called, very unprofessional, and advised he is lost then hung up.

4 days later, my issue is still not resolved and I have not been refunded.

At this rate, Uber Eats need to be accountable for these ****s they are running.
