Uber eats

My order was spilled by the driver, I refused the order as it was contaminated. He became agitated and wanted me to complete the order. I again refused and requested a new order, he refused and left. I tried multiple times to get this resolved but with no results. Contacting Uber eats I’m only directed to automated answering service.
