Uber eats

I place an order buying groceries and the driver sent me a text saying he is outside, went to the gate but he was not there I then asked him to confirm the address he said 3225 which Is my address. I tried calling him he was not picking up the I received a notification saying package was delivered but when I checked on the map it shows that he was at a wrong address and worse the street name is incorrect. I have tried to contact Uber support informing them about it but they keep on saying they can't refund me since the driver waited for 7min and couldn't get hold of me so means I paid for nothing while the mistake is on their side. I am very disappointed
