UBER EATS

I bought pizza on friday the 27th of December 2019 at Panarottis foresthill using uber eats, I mistakenly cancelled my order then ordered again, then when I confirmed my order i was charged multiple times, I was charged R153.00 for my cancelled pizza order and R163 for the other pizza which was delivered by an uber driver, I asked him why was i double charged he said he doesn't know i must contact uber eats and I did just that , I wrote to them via their online chat asking for my money back but since then they didn't reply and I left my conntact details there but no respond, please help me get my R153 back from uber eats.
