Uber eats

I experienced a **** from uber eat on Saturday,I have ordered food from Petros and requested uber eats for delivery, and I started calling the delivery man checking how far he is,and his reply was he will call as soon as he arrives…Suddenly I see a picture that he was there and delivered the food,and before I know it he was already gone and couldn’t reach him over the phone ,I then asked security if they saw a guy from Uber and they say he came and took a picture and went and did not leave anything….so I was ****med by delivery man and uber eats doesn’t want to investigate..because I do not have even a missed call from the driver ,worse he did not returned the food to the shop,I would ‘nt mind collecting them because I payed for them.
