Uber eats

This is the second time we experienced this where by the driver picks up and doesn't deliver. My family and I are waiting from 20:30pm which the driver was 13 minutes away. It's now 22:31 , it was still displaying the same 13 minutes away. The support team eventually canceled the order , they could not get a hold if the delivery person . It's really bad service and unreliable. Very disappointed .
