Uber Eats

I ordered food through them , the food never arrived and I went on their site to refund my money. They sent me a mail saying it will be refunded within 3-5 working days. That never happend. Mailed them again on the mail they sent they then rep**** an said it would be refunded . Still did not happen. It’s over a month now and when I reply on the mail they sent me now , it says they didn’t receive my message
