Uber Eats, ****!!!!!

Ordered lunch, driver total idiot, phoned and texted my location, idiot said after 30min, after promised delivery, at your gate, I rep****, no your not, next moment, my order happily delivered to who knows, and ask for rate the service,we'll I can't, ask the people who got my order that I paid for, quess what, I logged an complaint, no delivery and they said, we will look into it but I will not get a refund, so their customer service complaints means s#@t!!, next time I will call restaurant, give my order, and collect myself, much cheaper and safer thank you
