Uber eats

Good day My name is Samkelo and I ordered KFC in Doornfortein via uber eats the driver Lesman Singleton told me that he got ****** so he can't deliver my food. Then he told me that he will return the order back at KFC so that i can collect it. So I requested an an uber to go and collect my order, when I arrived I was told that the driver did not return any food and they can't asist because I didn't order from the KFC app. I was told to call uber direct so that they can assit and I did. So the consultant who assisted me(Thando) told me that she will escalate my querie to her Superviser and told me that it will take time and there's a high chance that I will not be refunded I'm really disappointed by Uber Eats and I'm never ordering form KFC ever again!!!!! Hello Peter please assist me.
