Uber Eats ****

The app always takes delivery and people to the wrong address. I ordered from Burger King on 2 August 2024 and the delivery person never showed up. The picture he sent of the delivery spot looks nothing like my place. When I tried to get help they dismissed me. This morning 26 August 2024, I ordered again and was charged. The app cancelled my order, but they didn’t refund my bank account. The app says I was not charged, but the money has been removed from my account
