Uber eats

I had a terrible experience with uber eats the driver couldn't get hold of me so he leaves my food infront of my garage instead of going to my front door where it was open he could of left the food there when I saw the note where he said he left my food it was gone he did deliver it and took a picture but left it in such a stupid place and someone walked off with our food and when I try write to them they say it can't be refunded the driver waited and tried to call I get that but why not go put my food by my door in a safe place not in the middle of my driveway I still don't know what happened to the food just very upset uber eats your drivers need to wake up
