Uber Eats

Last night I placed an order for delivery. After 30 minutes your driver did NOT pitch with my food. I tried for more than 20 minutes to make contact with yiur driver who DID NOT RESPOND, HIS NUMBER IS ALSO PUT OF SERVICE. I am now being told that I should have canceled this order before the restaurant accepts it and will be fully charged. How the **** am I supposed to know your driver will not pitch??!!! I was told by the restaurant to cancel so that I can received a refund.

I AM DISGUSTED!!!!! I even provided the name of the driver, but as always Uber doesn't want to take acountablilty for their drivers being *********** and NOT vetted properly!!!

How do i receive my refund???!! I refuse to be charged for FOOD NOT RECEIVED!
