Uber eats *****

On the 26th April 2024 Uber Eats deducted R500 from my bank account. Firstly whenever I do a transaction I have to accept or decline. I did not receive anything that I have to approve or decline. I immediately contacted Nedbank as this is ***** and they blocked my card and are busy investigating. I want my R500 back and should I not receive I will be taking this matter further. I am not one to be messed with.
