Uber Eats

Thursday evening we had load shedding. I ordered supper from Fishaways Pineslopes via Uber Eats. order accepted and my bank account was debited with RR170+.I then get a message food delivered but this is untrue. If delivered was to an incorrect address as guards at my complex confirm no Uber Eats person admitted. despite all efforts to the only number available ***) those answering the phone at Fishaways say handed to Uber so not their peoblem. Uber Eats unhelpful and went out of their way to be obstructive with answers such as "not my department" and absolutely no direct action to rectify matter. I stayed hungry and poorer by R170. Rotten service all round. Will not use this service again and if the delivery person loses his job, tough.
