Uber Eats

Today I purchased a meal with a 75 percent promo and it came to R64 the promotion was not added and why not I truly don't understand and there is no where to complain to instead of paying R64 I ended up paying +- R132 excluding service and delivery and I was told that nothing can be done about it. I'm very frustrated by the service of uber eats.
