Uber Eats

Ordered some wings. Straight forward right? Unfortunately not. In the Uber Eats app for this particular Resturant, tje app forces a customer to select 1. Style ie BBQ 2. Dip required, like Ranch. Both fields are mandatory and the order can’t be placed unless these these selections are done.

When the food arrives there is no Ranch Dip. When we approached Uber they just brushed me off. I have their response. The question has got to be asked, if it’s not important to them that the Cunstoner receives the dip or nor? Then why is it a compulsory field. If anyone would like to see their response I fo have it.
