Uber Eats

Been trying to order via the app for 2 days now. When I use the discount, it doesnt allow me to the order. There telephone lines are forever busy and I got no assistance from the help icon on the app. Order without the discount and all is fine. Surely this is false advertising? Their customer support is non existent.
