Uber eats is a **** I bought food they say that it was delivered I never received the food, I tried contacting them, they are claiming that the driver called me and I never picked up, I called Mac Donald restaurant in Pretoria cbd, they didn't assist because apparently the food already left the restaurant. I contacted support of Uber eats they say that the won't refund mey R 371.89 because the food was delivered I Mean what is really going on on South Africa? I tried calling the Uber eats driver he is not picking up my calls...and when I checked on the Truecaller app this person is a ****mer he never delivers the packages, so the question is why is Uber eats still using someone who is ****ming people?
