Uber eats

There is no proper support with Uber Eats I have logged a query were a delivery driver new the order is paid with Card and still accepted CASH.

Therefore no support from Uber telling a customer to wait for 14 days which I have waited for patiently which no refund has been reflected.

Then when you do phone the call centre they say you must wait another 25 to 48 hrs for a an agent to come back to.

Therefore I will open a ***** case at the SAPS and name and Shame this driver as well as Uber eats.

Will never use this delivery service again.
