Uber eats

I ordered food from KFC Orlando east, the food was prepared and picked up but the driver kept delaying since 20:50, till 22:30, when I tried calling him he kept making excuses and stated that they gave another person to work on their behalf but the driver was parked at Orlando from over an hour, I tried speaking to an agent, reached 2 agents who couldn't help but kept saying I should wait for the food, it's now 23:15 I am still waiting. Very bad service and I will be deactivating my uber accounts.....very displeased and disappointed 😞
