Uber eats

On the 3rd of March 2025 I ordered food via uber eats. The food came damaged 💔 it had been poured with coldrink it was for me and my 1 year 10 months daughter. When I asked for a reorder I was told I will not get a refund because I refused food mind you I took a picture while the food was with the driver. I am very disappointed in the service I got because it was the second incident in a few days. Their communication channel is bad because you cannot even call them or speak to a live agent. I have screenshots to prove.
