Uber eats

I have been using uber eats quiet regularly and on many occasions they have got the order incorrect or items have been damaged or missing.yesterday I ordered using them one of the items from my order was missing

I brought it to uber eats attention.to get a response that they cannot refund as there has been to my query/issue with my recent order and they will not be responding further to this issue

FIRSTLY If uber eats and the affiliated eateries eateries got the order correct then nobody would need to complain SECONDALY Not everybody makes u aware of missing orders or damage because they want compensation. Some of us advise u as our service provider so that you can rectify the issue and repeat it to other clients THIRDLY Uber Eats customer service and assistance is non existent Their staff are rude and most unhelpful and unprofessional

It is very sad when a good concept is not run in a professional manner after all we are paying for the service we require.it is not like they are providing the delivery gratis
