Uber eats

I ordered food yesterday afternoon on Uber eats and I made a card payment.The driver then came down my road and stopped at a garage down the road far from my house and asked me me to come fetch the food at the garage because my road is to dangerous.I then told him that I can’t fetch the food,after that message I just saw in the app it shows delivered.I have been complaining whole morning and afternoon on Uber eat but they don’t seem to understand.I was told that the driver did not stand at the correct location and that I have a screenshot of the chat and the drivers details . Everytime they telling me that they won’t be able to refund me.

Why should I walk to get food if I always purchase food online and it gets dropped at my house ? This is also not the first time that I’m not getting my food from Uber eats.
