Uber ****** Eats

I have placed an order to Nandos in parktown through ubereats and my order was not delivered . i went to Nandos in parktown and they were no help at all telling me i should follow up with ubereats, which i did. when i called ubereats i was told to log on to the app and report my concern , they will call me back, which i did. The second time i called back i was told to wait for someone to contact me, i had done what was expected of me which is log on and report why should i wait for someone to call me back when i have lost my money and have not received my order and still took it upon myself to report the matter expecting to be assisted. The driver of the order is Mohammed who did not deliver my food, this is the second time i was ****** by ubereats of my money and the first time i let it go because it was a small amount. The service is pathetic, they is no need to have a call center if i still have to go on the app and submit my concern, the point of the call center is for one to get assistance right away when they call in to the center. I called again requesting a manager and as soon as he answered the phone he pretended like the line was breaking, for the whole 10 minutes i have been on the line with the consultant the line was fine until he answered, childish, stupid and pathetic service form this Uber ****** Eats
