Uber Eats

I placed an order with them and when the delivery guy got here the meal was damaged as the CD drink leaked all over the burgers. The guy took the meal back and requested a refund and was advised that it would take up to 10 days. It has now been 15 days and still no refund. When I got hold of their help line I was informed that it has been longer than 48 hours and they cannot refund me.
