Uber eats

I ordered food on Uber eats. The driver arrived took a picture put the food back on his bike and drove away. I tired calling him, he never answered. Uber eats says I am at fault. I am very unhappy with this service. I have to pay for something I don't have. The same came for same one else and he did the same thing to them. Uber eats this is unacceptable.
