Uber Eat.....Eat what? TOOK MY MONEY N NO FOOD

Today I used my last money to buy supper for this evening .i missed the call saying the driver was outside. Immediately I called back the driver number was not available I get paid only on the last day of the month, so I used a R200 to buy supper.My supper still did not come, till nw after 7 hours no one called me to apologize I'm logging a formal complaint bcz I'm angry I want my R200 back and compensation bcz till now I didn't hear a thing.No good customer service Did not care to let me know of it was actually delivered or canceled bz the app is hopeless.i have screen shots of my calls.my Email and till now I didn't eat or get my money back so I could buy something else. Pls.call me urgently .I refuse to wait 6 days for my money also I want it today still
