Uber Eat Service

UberEat disappointed me today with their service, i ordered food and never received it and its took hours to arrive. I was hungry and needed food and after trusting them my order was sent and the food was picked up by one of their driver a few minutes later i couldn't track my order anymore and i couldn't see the drive's detail. I had to call the restaurant for the drivers contact number but the number doesn't exist. i had a voucher of 150 from my bank award uber took my voucher and the money on my bank account...so i don't know i paid double. I paid double and never had a good service, plus never got to eat and my lunch time got wasted. I deserve a recompense. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!!!
