UBER EAT REDUND ME

I ordered something to eat on uber eats, fish & chips Co. I cancelled within the first minute because the address was wrong. They are now telling me they can’t refund because the merchant had already accepted the order, they even deducted a cancellation fee, so why can’t I get my money, there’s no way fish and chips had finished with my order within those few seconds. I’m not gonna make uber eats or Fish & chips Co rich, pay me back my money
