Uber Eat never delivered my order

I placed an order, tried to get in contact with the driver with no luck, I received no help from customer service. I spoke to a representative named mtariq19 via chat, who kept ending the chat conversation when I asked for assistance. I also attempted to contact the driver, but despite his message saying “I’m here,” , which was “apparently “ they way of trying to contact me he was not at the destination despite the recipient being at the location waiting. After checking the delivery and still trying to contact the driver, I saw proof of delivery showing the McDonald's bag left hanging on the street like trash. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I’m deeply disappointed by Uber Eats. I did not expect this kind of service from them, and I still haven’t received my refund.
