Uber eat my money

I had a very bad experience with this service of uber..... first I or food they say they do not take cash I then used card i was outside oat albaton they charged me delivery while I'm just outside of Chicken Licken then I inserted my card they couldn't take my card they said there's a problem with the app I've asked a friend to do it for me then the friend did it because they already have the app then I got my food there the next time around I tried to order after I'm done with the my order there for the uber eat guy calls me and say he's coming to my place but I can't reach my place then I given the Landmark and everything then he said to me that's why they're not covering that then that was it and that time my money is gone even today I haven't got my money I want to know how do I get my money
