Uber eat is a mock

Most *********** service provider ever. When working from home I never really have time to make lunch so then I just order from uber eats but as of late I've had 5 orders cancelled in 4 days without communication and after eating for 1hour30 min to 2 hours for the order to arrive and the best response uber eats gives you is, sorry for the inconvenience please order again (and then wait another 1h 30 min for your food to arrive)

On Sunday I ordered lunch for the family but the order was cancelled 1h-45 min later then placed another order and that order was canceled 1h30 min later.
