Uber eat is a daylight ******* scheme

I am really disappointed with this Uber eat.i ordered food and paid but never received my order.they say the diver delivered and took the picture but looking at the picture it not even my place,the picture doesn't even has a house or house number very unprofessional how can someone with a balance mindset leave food at the gate without even seeing anyone or verification why didn't they take back the food to the shop was that too much of work that so insane.now they keep sending me emails that my order is not eligible for refund so is that my loss.dont even give a proper call. Or follow up AI I am never ordering from them again
