Uber Eat driver Innocent stole my order

Can someone please tell me how to log a complaint

I just ordered and got a message from the app to say my order has been delivered by the gate when I go check at the gate there was nothing. I tried to call the driver they did not answer. I tried to log a complaint on the very unhelpful portal Nothing happened. This driver by the name of Innocent stole my order!!! It means this is what they do. People watch out Uber eats drivers are *******!!!
