Uber eat and bad service

Greetings, on the 3 July 2021 I ordered on Uber Eat from KFC and my order was canceled because I was too far which I do understand, the Uber eat has debit the money in my account and I havent got what I have paid for, I did go to their app and ask for refund because I did not receive my order but I paid for it!! I did call the KFC branch and ask them to fetch my order in person but they said I need to contact the Uber eat, I did contact them but there was no solution on order but I paid, I would like rate the Uber eat for bad service, poor service call center!!! 0%in app
