Uber East's service is disgusting

Uber Easts is slowly becoming a ****, on the 08.09.2024 I ordered food with my sister's account. the driver contacted me to say I have the wrong address on my order, I went and checked but the address was correct but I sent it again to him only for him to tell me that the address is far, mind you this is an eatery that I usually order from. the driver told me I will have to pay an extra amount if he brings the food. I told him to send back the food and cancel the order only for him to confirm delivery. when I reported this to Uber Eats with proof of the conversation they told me I had a wrong address and the driver waited at my address for 10 min. My question is if which address did he go to? why did he tell me he can not come because my address is too far?
