Uber East service is a disgrace!

I ordered through Uber Eats and my food was not delivered. I tried numerous times to contact the driver and he did not answer my calls nor did he respond to my texts! Now I am being told I am not eligible for a refund because he tried to contact me? This is the 2nd time this happens and you have lost yourselves a client.
