Uber drivers not matching the profile provided and driving around more than 30min with food in the back of their scooter.

Concerning matters.

3 times I have gotten my food delivered with the driver and the vehicle registration not matching what uber provides on the app.

The first 2 they refunded but the last one they didn't which in my opinion was the worst.

Firstly I sent them a picture of the drivers registration number and that the driver does not seem to be the guy on the picture provided by their app. Which is concerning due to the fact that you basically open your house to a total stranger that you or uber has no record of.

Secondly the guy drove around with my food in the back of his scooter for more than 30min, meaning the food that was delivered to me was ice cold.

They furthermore just rep**** with sorry we'll make sure this doesn't happen again but we can'trefundthis order, but over and over they fail to sort out this issue.

This is an extremely alarming safety issue, seeing that it's not just men that order on uber and the driver not matching the app means this is a person that can't get a job due to either having a ******** record or isn't a SA resident.
