Uber drivers *****ing people food and **** delivery

Please refund back on this order C417B. The driver never get to my place, he said he is at the gate when I get there there is Noone. He sends sms with an unknown number when you call Noone answer. The driver Kabelo ate my food and never delivered Uber eats will never use your app again your drivers are ********s, I wonder if you even vet them. This is the second time and never experience the same with other delivery service. I can't be working to feed your drivers., why did he leave it at the gate if he was there. You can't even call the driver on the app.
