Uber Drivers cancelling Card Orders wanting Cash only

It's so disappointing to use the system I must, the driver's behaviour is something shocking the least to say. Why should it matter that I paid via cash or card? Your order delivery gets cancelled once you tell the driver its card. Then it delays the whole entire order. Uber get this sorted as we know that drivers would rather get the cash as you pay them ****. We cant be paying and not getting our food delivered on time.
