Uber drivers cancel ur order after you have paid and they collected your order

Uber eats can not be trusted when u buy food via card payments the drivers can cancel your order then ur food gets taken.... When u report it to uber eats they say they can't help you so u basically take it as a loss... I will no longer use uber eats and go buy my food myself it's cheaper anyways at the shop
