Uber drivers are ******** us and Uber is not doing anything about it.

3 times the Uber guy gets into the estate, but not reach my door. Then I get billed for the order and they get to keep the food. You don’t even get a refund cos Uber says that’s your fault. I just need to understand how, when the delivery guy comes inside the estate and leave with the package. They eat our food for free and we pay for food we never received.
